.::Plot::.
A few years have past after the last war between the vampires and werewolves and things are still slowly returning to normal. The humans softly whisper rumors of something more around them; however, most believe all of this to be a long-lived story.
Constantine is still the Vampire King, controlling his territory as tension rises through the three races. Someone is bound to lose control soon from all the fighting and struggling. Who will fall to the temptation first?
.::History of Dralicbourn::.
The city of Dralicbourn has been around for many years and through out its time, the unknown source of the city name plagued the villagers. Those who searched through the town’s history records learned nothing, while the others, the ancient ones, have always known how the community established. The vampires were amongst the first few around the city, they claimed this land as their own territory. They fed on human blood when needed, and at times protected their home and those within. The elders past on their knowledge of Dralicbourn to the other vampires, this large city was the chosen capital of the vampire population.
The vampires of Dralicbourn ruled the area and its surroundings for years of many until the wolves came. They had an objective to rid the city of these demon vampires. Both of the races, matched in strengths and wits, fought until the few left standing chose peace. There is enough trust and dependence between the werewolves, vampires, and shape-shifters for them all to live together. Not even the elders know of the shifters past, they were too reserved to share the secrets.
.::How Vampires came to be::.
The “Immortal Morphias” was a village physician many years ago, when the world was still learning. Many desired his medical aid and that tired him daily. A wandering gypsy stopped Morphias one night searching for some supplies that he only carried. Imprudently, He walked away laughing at the thought of her wanting these at no cost. The ill gypsy died later that night, cursing the unhelpful man to walk the earth ceaselessly so he may watch all that he cared for die before him.
However, the gypsy’s spell also had other affects on Morphias than immortality. At his desire, he could pass the spell along to others whom he wished to curse. Victims would walk forever, taken never by natural death. They would never age or mature slowly. These beings with incredible abilities, vampires, would be hard to kill. More wise, strong, and faster than any human would be. Unfortunately, the thirst for blood would be a frequent sacrifice.
Morphias did not want to turn on anyone, feeling it was wrong to hunt those he had cared for days earlier. When the werewolves came to his village, Dralicbourn, Morphias yearned to destroy them all but he would need help. The curse gave him the ability to change others into more like him; he used this to his advantage. As his empire of vampires expanded, so did the werewolves. No longer able to continue all his work, Morphias left Constantine to be the leader of his vampire empire, for he was the first to survive the transformation and remained more civilized and human than a wild beast.
.::How the Werewolves began::.
The kin of the gypsy received an alarming surprise after the curse upon Morphias prolonged. They awoke as large wolves, near the size of an adult horse. Arabella, the largest wolf and first child of the gypsy, could do the same as Morphias except for stay young without end. After a long while of leadership, Arabella stepped down from her throne as pack leader and let her son take over because he had no grudge. Arabella believed he would lead wisely and not attempt to kill a vampire unless for good reason during this time of peace.
The shifters are still unknown, some think they do not even know of their history.
